Sermon Series: Love is the Best Way to be Church – “Love One Another”
2016 | 11 September – 30 October | Sermon Series: Love is the Best Way to Be Church – “Love One Another” |
This series explores how Love is the Best Way to Be Church and how to “Love One Another.” This is foundational in our Church’s values, vision and purposes.
Jesus said, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
John 13:34-35
From late Summer, and throughout Autumn, we explored what it means to be a loving community beyond our Sunday Services. To do this we examined some of the “Love One Another” statements in the New Testament Letters.
These “Love One Another” statements became the baseline for how the Christian community in the Early Church lived life together in the “most excellent way of love.” (1 Corinthians 13:1)
