Bible Verse For The Day and Song
Ian would like to thank everyone for all the positive and helpful comments he has received over these past three months of running these daily reflections during lockdown. Ian has decided, for now, to press pause. In this final week, our Bible verses will bring us up to the pivotal moment in Acts and the Church, which is the conversion of Saul.
We continue on the theme of practicing gratitude, by taking opportunities to reflect upon our lockdown experiences. Today give thanks to God for three things you have missed during lockdown and you look forward to doing post lockdown.

Today’s verse is: Acts 9 v.3-6
Now as he was going along and approaching Damascus, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, ‘Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?’ He asked, ‘Who are you, Lord?’ The reply came, ‘I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. But get up and enter the city, and you will be told what you are to do.’
Acts 9 v.3-6
“For our songs of praise, I have gone melancholic and chosen the songs which have impacted me most during lockdown, in the order they have. Inevitably there have been different stages to this lockdown spiritually, and I leave them with you to reflect upon.”
