CAP Money Course

CAP Money Course (Christians Against Poverty, Jersey)

Four members of St. Ouen’s Church have recently completed training to become CAP Money Coaches (Helen Gunton, Rosemary Ruddy, Brett Cutts and Caroline Le Breton.) We are about to embark on presenting our first course, in partnership with Graeme Sproats from St. John’s Church.

The CAP (Christians Against Poverty) Money Course is a free 3-week course. The course helps you manage your money better by learning to budget, save and spend well. It’s for everyone, whether you are fairly confident with money or don’t know where to start.

This first course is a ‘trial run’ to make sure we have got the presentations and processes right before we run a public course. It will take place on the evenings of 8th, 15th and 22nd March at St. Ouen’s Parish Hall.

To enable it to be successful we need some friendly volunteer participants who will go through the course and give us feedback on how we’ve done! If you would like to help us, please speak to Helen, Brett or Caroline, or email them via the Church Office.
