Celebrating Mothering Sunday

On Sunday 6th March, we will be celebrating Mothering Sunday at the 10am Contemporary Morning Worship Service at St. Ouen’s Parish Church.

Our Mother’s Day Service will teach us more about the love of God our Father, along with honouring, encouraging and thanking our own mothers.

READINGS

Exodus 2:1-10 and Luke 2:41-52

This is an All Age Family Worship Service at 9.30am (no children and youth groups this Sunday.)

From 9.30am we will be serving croissants, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and squash. The All Age Family Worship service will start prompt at 10am. This All Age service is informal and family friendly. There are elements in the service to appeal to all ages, and a supervised play area for under 3s is available in church during the service. After the service, there are also refreshments to welcome our newcomers and catch up with one another.

The 10am Contemporary Morning Worship service, at St. Ouen’s Parish Church, is informal and family friendly. There is a supervised play area for under 3s available in church. There are Youth Groups and Activities and Children’s Sunday Groups every Sunday, except the first Sunday of the month (and occasional special Sundays.)

Every first Sunday we meet together for an All Age Family Worship service in St. Ouen’s Parish Church. From 9.30am we serve a buffet breakfast of coffee, hot chocolate and croissants before the service, which starts prompt at 10am.
