Zoom Church – 10.15am (open from 10am)
So let’s keep connected and keep praying for everyone as we continue adjusting to being Church during these extraordinary times!
St. Ouen’s Sunday Services (pre-Covid)
Normally (before Covid) we meet as three congregations, in two church buildings – namely, St. Ouens Parish Church and our daughter church, St. George’s Church. Together we are one wider church called St Ouen’s Parish Church with St George.
St Ouens Sunday Services incorporate both traditional and contemporary styles of worship, across three different church services
We are an Anglican church with an evangelical emphasis. Our style of worship is varied and relaxed, aiming to include everybody. We are a family-friendly church where you will find all sorts of people and all ages.
3 Sunday Services: When and where?
We meet every Sunday at the following times and locations:
8am: Early Morning Communion: St. Ouen’s Parish Church
A ‘Said-Service’ of Holy Communion. Traditional, quiet and reflective. 8am Early Morning Communion
10am: Contemporary Morning Worship: St. Ouen’s Parish Church
Informal, contemporary worship, with practical teaching. A family-friendly service, including groups for children and youth, at St. Ouen’s Youth and Community Centre (YCC) from 9:45am. 10am Contemporary Morning Worship
11am: Traditional Morning Worship: St. George’s Church
A traditional, Anglican service of worship, liturgy and teaching. All ages welcome! 11am Traditional Morning Worship
Sundays Together (Joint Services)
About four or five times a year, as a whole church we have ‘Sundays Together.’ All three congregations meet to worship together. ‘Sundays Together’ replaces what used to be known as Joint Services, which were held on every fifth Sunday in the month. The venue is either at St. Ouen’s Parish Church (at 10am) or St. George’s Church (at 11am.) The service usually lasts up to 1¼ hours.
