Church Youth at St. Ouen’s Church

We have a growing Youth Work here at St. Ouen’s which is fantastic, and we could really use some more volunteers to help in running our sessions and encouraging our young people. We are currently running Outlet on a Wednesday evening at the Parish Church (for those in year 10+) and we also run Grid during the 10am Service from the Youth & Community Centre for all young people up to 18 years old.

We do particularly need extra volunteers for the Grid sessions on a Sunday morning, these run from 9:45am until returning to church at 11am for the end of the Service. This does not need to involve any preparation on your part, (although the opportunity to lead a session is there if appropriate.) We just ask you to turn up on time, be part of the discussions and engage with the young people.

There are also plans to expand the group on a Wednesday night and that will require some extra hands as well.
