Platinum Jubilee Joint Service at The Parish Church

Platinum Jubilee Joint Service at The Parish Church

Celebrating 70 years of the reign of Her Majesty, The Queen

On Sunday 5th June at 10am, there will be one joint service at St. Ouen’s Parish Church to celebrate the reign of Her Majesty, The Queen.

This is a unique day in history for the most famous woman in the world, who has openly chosen throughout the decades of her reign to bear witness to her faith in Jesus Christ. It is this faith which has shaped her character, and sustained her commitment of service.

We welcome all churches in St. Ouen, parishioners and visitors to gather together on this momentous occasion to give thanks to God for her, in a way she would love and appreciate.

It is a wonderful opportunity to invite friends and family to this special service which will reflect Her Majesty, The Queen’s Christian faith.

The church service will last approximately one hour with refreshments afterwards in The Parish Church. You are, of course, very welcome to bring children or grandchildren with you. There will be activities for children during the service. The children will be having their own special Jubilee tea party in the marquee for a short time after the service.

We do hope you will be able to come along to The Parish Church to celebrate with your friends and family.
