Epiphany Series: Signs of Jesus’ Lordship in John’s Gospel

2016 | 10 January – 7 February | Epiphany Series: Signs of Jesus’ Lordship in John’s Gospel |

This series looks at the many miraculous Signs of Jesus’ Lordship in John’s Gospel. During the Church season of Epiphany, we explored many of the ‘sign-ificant actions’ Jesus performed in John’s Gospel. These signs were to show Jesus to be the Son of God, and  to challenge us what it means to live life in His Name today.

Towards the end of the book in the Bible called The Gospel of John, John gave the purpose for writing his account of Jesus’s life. John wrote:

Jesus did many other miraculous signs in the presence of His disciples that are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name.
