This sermon series is a road map through Paul’s book of Ephesians. Ephesians is often said to be Paul’s ‘Letter of Grace’ to the early church. Paul paints a picture of ‘who’ not ‘what’ it means to be church. Paul’s favourite phrase to define a Christian and the church, is to be ‘In Christ.’

This series looks at what it means to Sit, Walk and Stand ‘In Christ.’ Namely, Sit (our position in Christ) Walk (our life in the world) and Stand (our attitude to the Enemy.)

Ephesians is a letter in two related parts. Chapters 1-3 are a reminder of our calling: “You may know what is the hope to which He has called you.” Ephesians 1 v.18

Chapters 4-6 are an exhortation to live in a manner appropriate to that distinctive calling: “I beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called.” Ephesians 4 v.1
