Getting involved with serving in church
If and when the time is right, many people enjoy being part of a group and getting involved with helping out at a Sunday Service. Getting involved is entirely optional – but many have found it a great way to get to know people better, have fun and make a difference however big or small. You’re never too young or too old!
You may feel you could start off with doing coffee and tea after the service, maybe once every two months. Or help decorate the Church with flowers for a one-off special occasion, say at Harvest, Easter or Christmas. There are a number of other church ministry groups during our Sunday services. For example, Children and Youth Helpers, Bible readings, Sound and Vision and the Welcome Team.
If you want to have a chat about how to volunteer and get involved, please contact The Rector.
