Hello and Welcome to St. Ouen’s Parish Church with St. George!
As you are no doubt aware, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, all our Sunday services have been cancelled until further notice. We have also cancelled most groups and meet-ups. But we are determined to still stay connected as a church family and we welcome you to get connected too!
As I’ve been watching this situation unfold, I’ve seen how this virus not only attacks us physically. It affects the condition of our hearts and minds.
Please refer to my news post for how we are responding as a church at this time. Revd. Ian Pallent
Hello and Welcome to our Church!
Welcome to Saint Ouens Parish Church with Saint George! We are an evangelical Anglican Church in Jersey, committed to loving God passionately, to loving each other authentically and to sharing the love of Christ to those who don’t know Jesus. Our mission and purpose is:
Transforming Lives by Faith, Friendship and Following Jesus
St Ouens Church (usually) meets on Sunday mornings, where we gather as three congregations, in two church buildings – namely, St. Ouens Church and our daughter church, St. George’s Church. Together we are one wider church called St. Ouen’s Parish Church with St. George. Our three Sunday Services incorporate both informal, contemporary worship; and traditional, Anglican worship. So there’s something for everybody!
As one of the Ancient Parish Churches of Jersey our focus is broadly in the Parish of St. Ouen, with a strong sense of family and local community. However we are also an outward-looking, island-wide church, with many connections and involvement in what God is doing in the wider Church in Jersey. Our congregations are drawn from all over the island.
We are a ‘church family of all ages and stages’ whose lives have been, and are being, transformed by following Jesus through faith in Him and friendships with each other.
So hello and welcome! Please browse our website to find out more about us, and our three Sunday Services. We hope very soon you’ll feel able to be part of this friendly, diverse ‘church family,’ and join in with what God is calling us to be in St. Ouen, Jersey and the world.
We look forward to connecting with you, either online or by phone call, especially in these difficult and strange times
